Aditya plans on pursuing a career in cardiology, aiming to advance care from the emergency department to specialized cardiovascular treatment.

Michael is a second-year medical student at GW who is originally from Raleigh, North Carolina. He went to Washington University in St. Louis before coming to the DC area, where he studied Neuroscience as an undergraduate. He especially enjoys working the Urgent Matters team on quality improvement and innovation projects.

Her interests include emergency medicine and public and global health, with a focus on advancing equitable access to high-quality care, particularly in under-resourced and underserved areas around the world.

Molly is a third-year medical student with a strong interest in critical care. She serves as a Medical Student Project Manager, where she oversees and edits projects that shape and elevate Urgent Matters’ digital content. Her interests include health policy and equity, innovation, and the evolving role of technology in healthcare. She is particularly interested in how emerging tools, including AI, can be thoughtfully integrated into clinical care and medical education to improve patient outcomes.
